Daphne Puerto

Daphne Puerto is a seasoned professional who excels in creating meaningful outcomes through strategy, research, and design, with a focus on Agile methodologies and complex technical environments. She is an active member of the design community, having served as the 2019 Chair of the UXPA International Conference and as a member of the leadership team at OpenIDEO DC Chapter.

Currently, Daphne holds the position of Design Manager & Delivery Lead at VMware Tanzu Labs. She has previously held various key roles within the organization, including Staff Designer, Design Manager, and Senior Designer. Her past experiences also include working as a UX Design Consultant at Excella, User Experience Manager at CKI, and various design roles at Lansinoh Laboratories, CKI, and fibre space.
