Dao Jensen

Dao Jensen is a highly accomplished entrepreneur, founder, and CEO with a passion for promoting the entrepreneurship of women and minorities. She is currently leading the charge at KaizenTP, where she advocates for and invests in underrepresented entrepreneurs. Jensen has a background in finance, having studied at Loyola University Chicago and management at Harvard Business School. She has held several leadership positions throughout her career, including serving as Chief Executive Officer at Oak Rocket and as a Board Member and Membership Chair at YPO Pacific West. Additionally, Jensen has been a member of the board of advisors for the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and an alumna of Women Unlimited, Inc.

Throughout her professional journey, Jensen has remained dedicated to empowering women and minorities to succeed in business. She is a founding member of Firstboard.io™ and has served as a board member for the Institute for Economic Empowerment of Women. Jensen's extensive experience also includes working in sales management roles at Commvault and Symantec.
