Danya Henninger

Danya Henninger is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in journalism, editing, and digital content creation. Currently serving as the director and editor of Billy Penn at WHYY, Danya presides over the editorial team, drives editorial decisions, and spearheads revenue generation initiatives, including the membership program. With a strong foundation in food and beer writing, she has contributed to various local and national publications. Danya, along with her husband, co-founded Imagic Digital, a photo-video firm, in 1997. Her educational background includes studies in Biochemistry at Brown University and at Fieldston and Bank Street.
