Danny Trinh, Head of Design at Zenly
Danny Trinh is a renowned designer who previously worked as the Head of Design at Zenly, a location-sharing app acquired by Snapchat in 2018.2 Trinh joined Zenly in 20194 and spearheaded the quick work and rapid deployment of Zenly's "Stay At Home" challenge during the COVID-19 pandemic.2
The challenge gamified shelter-in-place by showing a leaderboard of which friends spent the most percentage of time in their homes over the last three days.2 This clever feature flipped the narrative to make staying home something the Zenly community could be proud of.2
After his stint at Zenly, Trinh joined Meta (formerly Facebook) in 2021 as a Director of Product Design on the Generative AI team.345 He is currently based in New York.1
