Danny Scheidler

Danny Scheidler has made a significant impact on JLL's Indianapolis Industrial Brokerage Team. With experience in market analysis, client relationship management, and negotiations of commercial and industrial real estate leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, he provides process-driven solutions and cost-saving analysis to local and national clients. Danny adheres to a client-centric approach, ensuring transparency, leverage in the marketplace, and consistency in all engagements. He brings his expertise from working at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield to exceed expectations. Danny received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University Kelley School of Business, where he was also an active member of the Real Estate Club. Organizations that he is affiliated with include the National Association for Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Young Industrial Brokers (YIB), JLL Young Guns, and Sigma Chi Fraternity. Additionally, he volunteers at Parks and Recreation, Animal Shelter, Public Library, and The American Heart Association.
