Danny Liu is a highly experienced Partner at Raid Capital, specializing in licensing and acquisition opportunities globally in industries like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, ophthalmology, vascular interventional instruments, aesthetic medicine, and tech-driven companies. With years of experience in management, sales, and entrepreneurship, Danny leverages his expertise to help large companies seek licensing in, JV, and acquisition opportunities, as well as helping tech startups raise money and licensing out.

Before joining Raid Capital, Danny served as Partner and VP at China-Australia Health Industry Fund & Incubators, IP Commercialization Manager at Chuanger Incubator at Academy of Entrepreneurship Chengdu, and Vice GM/North China at Zoom Networks Inc., among other roles. Danny earned a Certificate in Management Skills from the Asia Pacific Management Institute of American Management Association and holds an MS in Semiconductor Physics and Device Physics from Sun YAT-SEN University.
