Danny Goldberg

Danny Goldberg is the President of Gold Village Entertainment, an artist management company based in New York. He has worked with notable clients such as Steve Earle, The Waterboys, Martha Wainwright, Ben Lee, and The Trews. Goldberg has held prominent positions in the music industry, including President of Atlantic Records, Chairman of Mercury Record Group, Chairman of Warner Records, and Chairman of Artemis Records. He is also the founder and former President of Gold Mountain Entertainment, where he represented artists like Nirvana, Bonnie Raitt, and Sonic Youth.

Apart from his successful career in the music business, Danny Goldberg is an accomplished author. He has written several books, including 'Serving The Servant: Remembering Kurt Cobain' (2019), 'In Search of the Lost Chord: 1967 and the Hippie Idea' (2017), 'Bumping into Geniuses' (2009), and 'How The Left Lost Teen Spirit' (2005). His forthcoming book, 'Bloody Crossroads 2020: Art Entertainment and Resistance to Trump,' is set to be published by Akashic Books on November 2, 2021.
