Danny Downs

Danny Downs, an experienced and competent professional, has established himself as an accomplished business development leader and skilled negotiator over his career. He started his career as a Commercial Solicitor, where he advised clients such as Asda, Disney, British Airways, and Astra Zeneca. He later joined Kitbag, where he headed Legal and Consumer Product Licensing Portfolios of Manchester City FC, Everton FC, Sunderland AFC, Nottingham Forest FC, and Leicester Tigers Rugby. Currently, he is the Lead Business Development for Fanatics International, responsible for business strategy and development, partnership development, contract drafting, new business modelling, and onboarding of new business wins across sports such as football, rugby, cricket, motorsport, tennis, golf, cycling, US sports, and e-Sports. Being a member of Senior Leadership, he is helping manage over 200 Heads in Manchester while fostering key strategic relationships with Fanatics' partners, industry leaders, and sports brands.
