Danilson Carvalho Dala 戴屹欣
Danilson Carvalho Dala 戴屹欣 is a passionate advocate of innovation, disruptive technologies, and entrepreneurship with a deep-rooted interest in bridging cultures. Coming from a multinational background and growing up in Germany, he has always been driven to explore the world and challenge his limits.
Danilson pursued his educational journey across various disciplines, including a Master of Arts - MA in Culture and Economy: Philosophy from the University of Mannheim, a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Applied Business Languages and International Management - Chinese from The Bremen University of Applied Sciences, and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Chinese Language and Literature from Capital Normal University.
With a strong focus on global studies, Danilson further enriched his skills by acquiring a C1 Certificate in Portuguese Language, Culture, and History, and participating in the Demola Global Project at Kajaani University of Applied Sciences (KAMK), exploring the future scenario where data reigns supreme.
Throughout his career, Danilson has been actively involved in various organizations, including serving as a Former Student Assistant at HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences, a Former Student Project member of the 'BBAC Talent Program' at Daimler AG, and a Former Volunteer at bremen-startups.de, where he is currently part of the organizing team. He has also held positions such as Former Global Incubation Business Development at Innoway, Former Community Manager at Startup Grind Beijing, and Former Product Marketing Intern at Keystone Industries.
Passionate about fostering the startup ecosystem, Danilson engages in organizing events such as Fail Nights, pitch competitions, and Hackathons through platforms like Bremen Startups and Startup Weekend Bremen. His goal is to empower the local startup community to thrive and make a meaningful impact on the global society.
