Danilo Paffi Monteiro is an experienced leader with a strong background in people management, digital services, e-commerce, and product design. With an MBA in IT Architecture from FIAP and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, Danilo has a proven track record of driving complex programs and projects into multi-complexity companies, overcoming regulatory restrictions and delivering value to consumers and businesses. As the VP of Engineering & CTO of Customer Portfolio at Falabella Tecnología and the former Corporate Sr. Director of IT Marketplace at the same company, Danilo has overseen numerous large-scale initiatives. He also has extensive managerial experience from his past roles at SEPHORA, Bionexo, and Walmart eCommerce - Brasil. Danilo's early career included positions at Internet Group do Brasil S/A and UOL.
