Danilo Costa

Danilo Costa is an accomplished Brazilian entrepreneur and investor with a passion for education and finance. He is a graduate of Fundação Getulio Vargas with a bachelor's degree in Law, as well as a summer course at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

As the former CEO and founder of Vereda Educação, Danilo raised one of the largest rounds in the industry, quickly making the low cost k-12 school chain one of the key players in the sector in the state of São Paulo. In addition, Danilo also co-founded Educbank and is currently starting his new venture, the first Brazilian k-12 fintech.

Throughout his career, Danilo has held various executive positions, including Private Equity & Real Estate VP at RBR Asset Management, Investment Banking M&A and ECM at Itaú BBA, and Equity Research/Sales at BTG Pactual. He also worked as a Corporate Law intern at Machado Meyer Advogados. In addition, Danilo is a seed investor at Snackin.co and a board member and tech advisor at Associação Nacional de Educação Básica Híbrida (ANEBHI).

Danilo's passion for education and finance has driven him to success in both sectors, making him an influential and respected figure in the field.
