With an impressive history at The Lacek Group, she held various high-level positions, including Senior Vice President of Strategic Services, Vice President of New Client Engagements and Program Development, Vice President of Consulting Services, Director of Database Marketing & Analysis, Manager of Database Marketing & Analysis, and Database Marketing Analyst.

Prior to her roles at The Lacek Group, Danika was the Marketing Manager at Lorman Education Services, gaining valuable experience in marketing strategies and operations.
