- Making sure everything we do ties with the long term strategy for MGG brands- Oversee product planning, roadmaps and sales- Hiring needs, processes, working with heads of each division to asses their needs and plan ahead- Making sure all of our divisions and employees have the right tools to do their jobs (for example trello, slack, licence deals for music in our videos, sideqik etc).- Oversee our EU facilities with people on the ground (Alienware Center for Esports, Misfits Gaming house, Misfits Office, Misfits Apartment)

Run all online tournaments in Fnatic and write articles and interviews for the website. Major tournaments I project managed are MSI Beat IT 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2014. Most of the events had online qualifiers in US, EU, APAC, China and other regions, leading to LAN finals in Beijing (2010 and 2012) and Taipei (2014). - Tournament structure creation- Casting talent communication and organization- Admins hiring and delegation of work, strategical planning- Communication with tournament sponsor, report providing and planning together- Journalists hiring and delegation of work , strategical planning- Work with Editor in Chief to deliver highest quality coverage on all our teams (WarCraft III, CS 1.6, CS:Source, Dota 1, HoN etc.)- Organize in-house tournaments for various games, create content and marketing around them- Work with partnerships team to secure new sponsorships, generate leads and work on content ideas to sell- Managed and created most successful team in Heroes of Newerth history (won over 30 events and more than $100000 in prize money). Successfully lead the team to transition into Dota 2

- Manage the team of journalists and work on the interviews, articles and match coverage-	Implemented new content strategy so the website is not only a hub for team news but also community news and articles with trending players-	Assistant manager to one of the best WarCraft III teams at the time-	Lead the group of content creators and editors to style and create a new website with the development team
