Danijel Katicin is a highly experienced and qualified civil servant, with over twenty years of expertise in the public administration sector. He has an extensive knowledge of human resource management, organizational, and managerial skills. Danijel is an expert in managing spatial and urban planning, subdivision of land, and coastal areas for construction. He is recognized for his excellent communication, media, and presentation skills. With a wealth of experience in government, municipal management, and community development, Danijel has gained the competence to organize, manage, and execute major events such as sports, culture, and politics. He has worked on an array of local and international projects, workshops, training programs, and conferences, which have given him a great ability to adapt to multicultural environments.

Danijel achieved his Master's in Public Administration, Political Science and Government from Sveučilište u Zagrebu and University of Washington. He also studied public policy analysis and University Specialist in Local democracy and development at Faculty of Political Sciences at the University of Zagreb.

Danijel's successful journey started when he served as the Mayor of the municipality of Tkon. He later became a member of the Euro-Mediterranean Regional and Local Assembly(ARLEM) and participated in writing and adopting the report on sustainable tourism in the Mediterranean and ARLEM report on the local management of water in the Mediterranean. Before that, Danijel worked as the Corporate Communications Associate at The Croatian Railways- Infrastrukutra d.o.o. Currently, he serves as the Director of The Vransko jezero nature park. Danijel also holds a good knowledge of graphic applications and proficiently works on Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
