Danielle Mullis

Danielle Mullis is an experienced digital service designer with a broad range of skills across user experience and user interface design. With over ten years of experience in the industry, Danielle's skills include problem-solving in complex environments, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering high-profile digital products across the finance, healthcare and charity sectors.

As a Lead Designer at PA Consulting, Danielle has led teams to embed service design capabilities, working closely with clients to align business goals and technical delivery with a user-centered design process. Danielle has also worked as a UX Designer for companies such as Manifesto Digital, NHS Digital, and Friday, where she held a senior role.

Danielle is knowledgeable in navigating complex environments with multiple workstream dependencies in highly regulated sectors, and she is always looking to improve outcomes for clients and customers.

Danielle started her educational journey with an AVCE in Art and Design followed by a BA Hons in Graphic Design Communication from the University of the Arts London and Foundation in Art and Design from Falmouth University. She's also been a guest lecturer at University of the Arts London.
