•Provided holistic care for acute neurological adult patients including hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes, post thrombectomies, TPA administration and myasthenia gravis in a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center. (2:1 Patient, primary nurse) 
•Identified and managed life threatening complications in patient status such as further neurological decline, hypoxia, aspiration, acute hypo and hypertension, hyper and hypoglycemia.
