Danielle DuMerer is a highly accomplished technology professional and currently serves as the Vice President of Technology at the John G. Shedd Aquarium.
With over twenty years of experience, Danielle has a background in leading non-profit, education, and government technology teams.
Prior to her current role, she held prominent positions such as Chief Information Officer at the City of Chicago and a technology product development leader at the McGraw-Hill Companies.

She holds a Master of Library and Information Science degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Rhetoric from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
