She holds a Master's degree in English from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, in English from the State University of New York at Buffalo, demonstrating a strong foundation in language and literature.

Danielle also pursued studies in Literature at the National University of Ireland, Galway, further enhancing her expertise in the field.

Her career journey includes holding key roles such as Senior Product Manager in Lottery Retailer CRM, Senior Manager in Retail Sales & Marketing, and Manager in Sales Enablement Program at IGT, showcasing her strategic leadership and product development skills.

Prior to her tenure at IGT, Danielle worked at Northstar Lottery Group, LLC, where she served in various capacities including Sales Program Support Specialist and Consultant, gaining valuable experience in the lottery industry.
