Danielle Alvarez is a driven professional committed to building an inclusive world. With a Master's degree in Global Communications from the American University of Paris and a Bachelor's Degree in Magazine Journalism and Modern Foreign Language from Syracuse University, she has a broad range of experience in event management, communication and content strategy, and client relations.

She is currently a Manager of Events and Communications at Climate Leadership Initiative (CLI), where she contributes her skills to advance climate solutions through philanthropy. Danielle has previously led the development at the Immigration Institute of the Bay Area, coordinated nonprofit fundraisers at 501 Auctions, and managed public symposiums at Zócalo Public Square.

Danielle is a versatile person with experience in journalism, digital marketing, and building online community. She has published her work in various web publications and is most passionate about bringing people together in person.
