Danielle Adams is a passionate champion of customer experience and a visionary in bringing astronomy research to public awareness. She holds a Master of Arts (MA) from the American University of Beirut (incomplete due to war), a Master of Arts (MA) from the University of Arkansas, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Arizona.
In her professional journey, Danielle has served as the Deputy Director for Marketing and Communications at Lowell Observatory. She has also worked as a Space Grant Fellow at NASA, an Outreach Coordinator at The University of Arizona, the Director of Marketing at Alicat Scientific, Inc., an Internal Sales Engineer at Alicat Scientific, Inc., and an AppleCare iOS Tier I Advisor, Tier II Advisor, and Team Lead at APAC Customer Services. Danielle also has experience as a Teaching Associate at The University of Arizona.
