Daniele Dondi

Daniele Dondi is a multi-lingual professional with a decade of experience in banking solutions, acquired from a top-tier financial institution.

His expertise lies in innovation and Fintech collaboration, exemplified by spearheading the creation and launch of the first ING Corporate accelerator, the ING Innovation Studio.

Daniele is skilled in accelerating corporate teams through the application of Lean Startup Methodology, design thinking, and agile development.

He possesses substantial knowledge of cutting-edge banking solutions and novel business models, honed while overseeing the prototyping factory of the Innovation Hub and collaborating with US-based Venture Capitalists.

With a robust international background, Daniele has worked in Italy, The Netherlands, and Spain, and pursued education in Chile and Italy.

His educational journey includes studying commercial engineering at UTFSM in Chile, Lean Six Sigma / Black Belt at the ING Business School, management engineering at Politecnico di Milano for his master's degree, and Engineering/Industrial Management for his bachelor's degree at Politecnico di Milano. Further studies in Business Model Innovation were pursued at RSM Erasmus Universiteit / Rotterdam School of Management.

In terms of organizational roles, Daniele has held leadership positions such as Lead CoE Business Design & Ops at ING Labs, Innovation Services Lead, and Innovation Manager at ING Labs. He was also an Innovation Manager at ING España&Portugal, a Mentor at Startupbootcamp, and a Cofounder of the ING Innovation Studio, ING Corporate Accelerator. Additionally, he served as Innovation Manager, Head of Execution and Delivery at ING Innovation Center, Innovation & Service Development Manager, Project/Business Manager, and participated in the ING International Talent Programme as a trainee. Earlier in his career, he gained experience as a Junior Consultant at Knowledge People.
