•	Proposed Artificial Intelligence /Machine Learning project to hire salespeople with estimated productivity increase of 33%
•	HR advisor to shareholders, directors and business managers, acting as HR Business Partner for corporate areas.
•	Development & Execution of the HR strategy (3-5-year plans), policies and projects in support of the business goals.
•	Designed and implemented the Coaching, Mentoring, Succession Planning, Trainee (20 hires in 2014, 10 in 2015 and 10 in 2016), EVP and Diversity Programs (80 disabled people hires; 250 Minor Learners hires and leaders training).

•	Responsible for the start-up: preparation of business plan, business development of over            R$ 800,000, partnerships (Sigma Search, a global network of executive search),developed the Board of Directors of TP; defined the IT system (Taleo); conducted 20 hiring processes, management assessments, culture, team building and HR due diligence.

Since 1975 one of the first and leading Brazilian Top Executive Search and Advisory Board Counseling partnerships within one of the globally most innovative and entrepreneurial networks AMROP on a base of 54 countries worldwide.

•	Coordinated the whole hiring process of senior executives and Board members, involving: the definition of the job description, hunting strategies, competency based job interview, 360o professional references and participation in the final negotiations until the effective hiring. Monitored over 40 executive’s integration in the client-company for one year.
•	Originated executive search sales (USD 300,000) with repeat businesses. Elaboration of commercial proposals.

Hexacta is a Latin American consulting firm, founded in 2000 by former McKinsey and Accenture directors, having among its main clients: Telemar, Embratel and BankBoston. It is part of Btoben, a holding of eight Internet B2B companies of Santander group.

•	Hired the team of Hexacta and 7 others Btoben’s incubators, since the start-up operation;
•	Responsible for career planning, led the biannual 360o performance evaluation process for all Btoben’s companies;
