Daniela Pico

Daniela Pico is a dedicated advocate for educational improvement and youth support, with a strong belief in reshaping education for future success. She actively participates in community initiatives such as Global Shapers and League of Innovators. Currently, she holds the position of Director of External Relations at Riipen, an Ed-Tech organization focused on combating graduate underemployment.

Daniela pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Victoria. She also engaged in a Master Growth Marketing Class specializing in Marketing at Growclass.

Throughout her career, Daniela has held various roles at Riipen, including Director of Account Management, Director of External Relations, Manager of Strategic Partnerships, Account Executive, and Sales Development. Prior to joining Riipen, she worked as a Global Partnership Associate at Humanitarian Affairs Asia and held positions such as Whistler Experience Coordinator at Whistler Chamber of Commerce, Volunteer Coordinator at Jump Ship Mountain Biking Festival, Social Media Coordinator at Socialish.net, and Research Assistant at University of Victoria.
