Daniel J. Touchette is a highly skilled and experienced individual with over 25 years of interdisciplinary knowledge in civil safety, defense, and international operations. He is a Senior Advisor who has worked with over 200 groups from more than 30 nations within the international community to promote and maintain global security and prosperity.
Mr. Touchette's extensive educational background includes an EMBA in Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Quebec in Montreal, a BSc in Criminology from the University of Montreal, and certification in International Mil Police from the Defense Forces Training Center in Ireland.
As a former Commander of International Police at NATO and North Atlantic Treaty Organization, former Commander of Air Force Police (Atlantic) at NORAD and North American Aerospace Defense Command, and former Commander of DND Police Coy HQ at ISAF and International Security Assistance Force, Mr. Touchette has governed police authority and duties in accordance with various rules of engagement and national defense laws. He is also a highly respected criminologist who has worked for the Department of National Defence and as In Charge of Police Station/Supervisor/Policeman for Boards and Metropolitan Cities.
Mr. Touchette's security clearance includes Top Secret (Level III) in Canada and Secret (Level II) in NATO/ISAF.
