Daniel Soh

Daniel Soh is a seasoned professional with over 23 years of experience advising business leaders in Asia on human capital challenges, focusing on building high-performing management teams to enhance organizational presence in the region.

He is a recognized authority on leadership issues in Asia-based companies and specializes in cross-border and board appointments, successfully placing executives in Southeast Asia, Greater China, Japan, Korea, India, and Australia.

Daniel's executive search career began in 1998 with A.T. Kearney, where he honed his skills in identifying and assessing seasoned professionals across various functions.

His ability to source high-performing individuals globally, beyond traditional job specifications, sets him apart in the industry.

Prior to his current role as the Managing Partner at Leadership Advisory Inc., Daniel held similar responsibilities at J. Robert Scott, CTPartners, and Heidrick & Struggles.

He holds a Master of Human Capital Management from Singapore University of Social Sciences, a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration from RMIT University, and an Executive Diploma in Directorship from Singapore Management University.

Daniel has also completed the Listed Entity Directors Programme and is an Ordinary Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors.
