Daniel Schindler is the CEO and Co-Founder of Buoy Hydration, a company that produces a unique hydration supplement designed to be added to any beverage without altering its taste.1 He has been leading the company since its inception in January 2017.2
Education and Early Career
Schindler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan, which he completed between 2011 and 2015.2 He later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at Washington University in St. Louis, Olin Business School, graduating in 2019.2
Before founding Buoy, Schindler worked as a Lead Software Consultant at DealerSocket from August 2015 to July 2017.2
Entrepreneurial Journey
During his MBA program, Schindler developed the idea for Buoy - a blend of electrolytes that could be added to any type of drink.1 He assembled a team of pharmaceutical experts, mentors, and focus-group participants to transform Buoy from a concept into a company.1
