Daniel Roy is a distinguished professional serving as the Research Co-Director and CIFAR Canada AI Chair at the Vector Institute. He holds the position of an Associate Professor at the University of Toronto in the Department of Statistical Sciences, with a cross-appointment in the Department of Computer Science. Roy's area of expertise lies in the fundamental principles that underpin prediction, inference, and decision making amidst uncertainty.
