Daniel O'Neil is an experienced professional with over 30 years of managing diverse operations globally, with a focus on infrastructure development, project management, and capacity building.
He is currently serving as the Chief of Party on the USAID Water and Sanitation Project in Haiti, aiming to provide water and improve sanitation for communities while ensuring sustainability.
Daniel's previous roles include Director of Infrastructure and Environment at Cardno, where he led the USAID-funded Feeder Roads Alternative and Maintenance Program in Liberia, focusing on rural road development and maintenance.
Before Cardno, he worked as a Principal at Miyamoto International, specializing in earthquake engineering and strategic management.
With a background in civil engineering, Daniel has held various leadership positions at the Pan American Development Foundation, contributing significantly to securing grants and expanding the organization's portfolio.
He holds a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University.
