Daniel O'Connor

Daniel O'Connor is one of the founders of Drinks99, a company established by two Englishmen to introduce luxury drinks products to the Chinese market. With an extensive background in the hospitality industry across various cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen, Daniel is highly proficient in Chinese and has a strong network within influential circles. His business partner, Simon, has a wealth of experience in consultancy for top drinking establishments globally.

Daniel's expertise lies in bar consultancy and management, premium brand spirit and liquor distribution, as well as event planning and management. His educational background includes a B.A. in Chinese and Trade Management from Beijing University, as well as a B.A. in Chinese Studies and Trade Management from London Metropolitan University. Throughout his career, Daniel has held positions such as Director at Winstons Coffee, Director at Drinks99, Foreign Client Liaison Manager at Dongguan Textiles and Plastics, QC Consultant at Dongguan M-XXL, and participation in an exchange program at WTTC.
