Daniel Masata

Daniel Masata is a seasoned HR services and technology executive with over 15 years of experience in digital transformation, organizational management, strategy development, M&A, and change management.

Currently, he is the founder and CEO of Volonte, a pioneering workplace agility platform, and Skill Principals, an independent consulting platform focusing on the Extended Workforce Ecosystem and Future of Work.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Daniel held senior executive positions at Adecco Group, a Fortune 500 company, for more than 12 years, including roles at the CEO-1 level.

At Adecco, he led Global Strategy & Transformation for this $25 billion HR services and Human Capital Management leader, operating across multiple countries and managing significant revenues and staff.

Daniel's expertise includes general management, strategy formulation, high-impact change management, M&A, post-merger integration, and private equity collaborations.

He began his career in HR services from the ground up, starting as an intern at a staffing agency while pursuing a master's degree in management.

Daniel Masata is a multilingual professional proficient in English, German, and French, with a diverse educational background from institutions like University of Mannheim, EDHEC Business School, IMD Business School, Hyper Island, and INSEAD.

Currently residing in New York since 2010, Daniel is a proud father of two children and a devoted NY Giants fan.

He also serves as a board member and co-investor at a leading global workforce technology company backed by a top-tier private equity investor.
