Daniel Maksym is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of senior-level experience in program and project management. His expertise lies in public administration and government-related sectors, with a robust background in R&D funding systems for both SMEs and large corporations. Throughout his career, Daniel has contributed significantly to the creation of international acceleration programs for tech startups, translating best practices to enhance the Polish entrepreneurial ecosystem. He holds educational credentials from Krajowa Szkoła Administracji Publicznej (KSAP), Collegium Humanum for Executive MBA, and Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie for Magister (Mgr), prawo.

Daniel has held key roles in various prestigious organizations, such as serving as the Team Lead Manager for Innovation Programs at PKN ORLEN S.A., Manager/Head of the Development Projects Unit at PGNiG SA, Director of Startups & Acceleration Projects at PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna under PGE Nowa Energia, Deputy Director of the Economic Development Department at the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), Director of the Innovation and Development Department at Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju, and Head of Section for Programs for Entrepreneurs at the same institution.
