Daniel Escalante

Daniel Madrigal Escalante is a motivated individual with a keen interest in leadership and organizational behavior. His passion lies in making a positive impact on others' lives. Daniel is currently pursuing an advanced degree in business at ULACIT and holds a diplomate graduate status from the prestigious INCAE Business School. He has also completed summer programs at Babson College and Audencia Business School and was recognized as an Emerging Leader of the Americas Scholar at Niagara College.

Daniel's academic journey includes earning a Bachelor of Science and Licentiate Degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Organizational Behavior Studies from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología. He further honed his skills by completing the Young Executives Management Program in Business at INCAE Business School.

In terms of professional experience, Daniel has worked as a Junior Capabilities & Insights Analyst in the Organization Practice at McKinsey & Company. Prior to this role, he served as a Recruiting Administrator and an Intern specializing in Recruiting and Geospatial Analytics at the same company. Daniel's diverse experience also includes positions such as Host at J&G Grill - The St. Regis Deer Valley and Area Coordinator at TECHO - TETO.
