    He has also served as the Senior Director and Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property at VMware, Director & Assistant General Counsel for Intellectual Property at VMware, and held multiple roles as an Intellectual Property Counsel at VMware.

    Apart from VMware, Daniel Lin has honed his legal expertise at enterprises like Integrated Memory Logic Inc, Patterson + Sheridan LLP, Pay By Touch, Kirkland & Ellis LLP, and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.

    Daniel's vast experience also includes being a Judicial Intern at the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, in the Chambers of Chief Judge Haldane Robert Mayer.
