I played a key role in driving the growth and success of Articode, a boutique software development company. Specializing in Fintech projects and GIS, Articode was a cutting-edge company that served clients in a variety of industries, but my focus was primarily on the financial services markets.

My responsibilities included identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing marketing strategies, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. I worked closely with the development team to ensure that our software solutions met the specific needs of our clients in the financial services industry, and I collaborated with the marketing team to reach potential clients.

As the Head of ICT Financial Planning, I have extensive experience in economic analysis of ICT systems development projects, procurement management for IDI units, and analysis of the economic value of new technology implementation. My work has involved managing budgets of hundreds of millions of USD and NIS annually, and I have been involved in several noteworthy projects.

One such project was my work as an analyst on the financial team for the Israel Defense Force (IDF) cloud tender, as well as my role in establishing an OpenStack-based Private Cloud for the IDF. Additionally, I led the establishment team for the IDI venture capital fund in partnership with the administration for the development of weapons and technological infrastructure of the MoD.

My negotiation skills have been instrumental in securing multi-year agreements for software and hardware with leading companies such as Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, HP, and VMware, and I have served as the IDI representative in MoD negotiations in US. I have also been involved in managing central tenders, including the "Intelligence Campus" (Private Finance Initiative tender) and "ICT Chief Contractor" tenders.

Overall, my experience as Head of ICT Financial Planning has provided me with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in managing complex budgets, analyzing economic value, and negotiating with leading ICT companies.

As the Deputy to the Head of the Strategy Branch in the Ministry of Defense, I played a critical role in the analysis and evaluation of the multi-year processes that had a significant impact on the organization's budget and planning. Through my work, I gained extensive experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and evaluating complex projects.

One of my noteworthy projects involved the privatization of military systems. In this capacity, I played a key role in determining the economic ground rules for examining privatization within the IDF through Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). I worked closely with the IDF leadership to ensure that the privatization process was efficient and cost-effective while maintaining the highest level of security.

My experience as the Deputy to the Head of the Strategy Branch in the Ministry of Defense has given me a deep understanding of strategic planning and budgeting in complex organizations. I have developed strong analytical and evaluative skills that have enabled me to successfully manage complex projects and initiatives.

As a Personnel Section Officer in the Financial Advisory Department to the Commander-in-Chief of the Israel Defense Forces, I was responsible for managing pensions and the personnel budget in the scope of more than 15 billion NIS. Through my work, I gained extensive experience in financial management and pension administration.

One of my noteworthy projects was my role as a member of the actuarial dispute negotiations team to settle disputes between the MoD and the "AMITIM" pension fund. In this capacity, I was responsible for negotiating with the pension fund to resolve an actuarial debt of over one billion NIS.

Additionally, I was involved in managing the Israel Tax Authority audit of IDF's tax payments. As an audit official, I provided crucial support and examination of tax policies based on agreements between the MoD and the tax authority. Through my work, I gained a deep understanding of tax law and policy as well as financial management in complex organizations.
