Daniel Levitt is a seasoned consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience in client-led change management. He is a firm believer in unlocking the potential of groups of leaders by creating conditions for "real-deal" conversations that lead to alignment, stronger relationships, and progress on mission-critical changes. His expertise includes cross-functional and cross-business collaboration, new team formation, team issue resolution, and mobilizing extended teams around changes involving commitment, mindsets, skills, and tools.
Daniel holds a Ph.D. from Scripps Institution of Oceanography, UC San Diego, and an MBA from Stanford University. He is the co-founder and CEO of Exember, a consulting firm that supports leaders and teams in defining, aligning, and launching mission-critical changes. Prior to this, he was the President of Timshel Consulting, a Senior Managing Consultant at The Trium Group, and an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and Company. His experience also includes a stint as a Marketing Manager/Intern at Broderbund Software.
