Daniel Lanni

Daniel Lanni is a highly accomplished senior talent partner in the technology industry with extensive experience in HR management, talent acquisition, and psychology. He completed a bachelor's degree in Psychology/ Human Resource Management at Rowan University. Lanni began his career in HR management as an HR intern at MBB Management, where he gained experience in the various aspects of HR operations.

He was later promoted to Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, where he was responsible for managing the recruitment process and collaborating with business leaders to identify and acquire top talent.

Currently, Lanni works at Rubrik, Inc. as a Senior Talent Partner, where he collaborates with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview candidates, and make offers to the right people. He is also responsible for developing and implementing talent planning strategies and scaling recruitment processes to meet the company's talent needs.
