Daniel Kolkey is a distinguished legal professional with an impressive educational background and a wealth of experience in various prestigious organizations.

Having graduated with a J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School and a B.A. with distinction and departmental honors in History from Stanford University, Kolkey has a strong academic foundation.

Throughout his career, Kolkey has held several significant positions, including President at THE CALIFORNIA SUPREME COURT HISTORICAL SOCIETY, Chair of the Board of Directors at California Arbitration, and various roles at Pacific Research Institute such as Executive Committee member, director, and chair of the California Reform Committee & Finance Committee.

Kolkey's contributions to legal education include serving as a Lecturer & Hugh and Hazel Darling Visiting Professor at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
