Daniel Im

Daniel Im is a renowned Lead Pastor, author, speaker, and organizational leadership consultant, with a wealth of experience in the area of ministry and church leadership. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from the University of Ottawa/Université d'Ottawa and proceeded to study Theology at Regent College, Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, and Torch Trinity Graduate School of Theology, where he received comprehensive training in theological studies.

Daniel also studied Gallup Strengths Performance Coach Certification at Gallup University and has led over 500 people through the StrengthsFinder assessment in various countries. He capped his academic achievements with a Master's degree in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary.

He has served in different capacities at various churches, including Beulah Alliance Church, The Fellowship, and Onnuri Community Church, and has pastored in five major cities worldwide, ranging from churches of 100 to 50,000 people.

A respected author, he has written several widely-read books, including "You Are What You Do: And Six Other Lies about Work, Life, and Love," "No Silver Bullets: Five Small Shifts that will Transform Your Ministry," and "Planting Missional Churches: Your Guide to Starting Churches that Multiply (2nd ed)," co-authored with Ed Stetzer.

Daniel hosts two popular podcasts; the Five Leadership Questions Podcast and the IMbetween Podcast, which together have been downloaded over 3 million times. As an expert in organizational leadership with an M.A. in Global Leadership, Daniel consults and coaches churches and leaders around the world on how to maximize their potential and multiply their impact.
