Daniel Gordon

Daniel Gordon is a distinguished fourth-generation jeweler, born and raised in the bustling city of Oklahoma. As the former President of Samuel Gordon Jewelers, Daniel has had an extensive 18-year career in the industry, excelling in team building, leadership, jewelry, diamonds, watches, branding, consumer behavior, marketing, merchandising, communication, digital media, and networking websites. He studied diamonds and diamond grading at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and Retail, Business, Marketing, and Public Relations at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO).

During his tenure at Samuel Gordon Jewelers, Daniel transformed the business model and corporate culture, ensuring the firm's recognition for its leadership abilities in the jewelry industry and Oklahoma City market. He spearheaded several initiatives, including changes in product mix and buying techniques, a massive overhaul in the firm's marketing strategies and personnel (sales and administrative staff), creation of over 20 different corporate presences online, and the implementation of cutting-edge digital media and networking websites. His efforts earned him recognition from major jewelry trade magazines in the industry.

In 2013, Daniel decided to move on from Samuel Gordon Jewelers and joined one of the largest family-owned independent jewelers in the country. He began humbly as a sales associate and later rose through the ranks to become the store director of the flagship location, where he still serves today.

Daniel is a member of several professional organizations, including Diamond Cellar, where he is the current director. He also previously held the position of sales manager and social media planner and sales - jewelry and watches. Daniel has additional professional experience in operations and Account Executive at The Oklahoman.
