Daniel Glantz is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in the Specialty P&C and Financial Lines industries. He has an extensive background in strategy development and execution, portfolio management, underwriting, and compliance, among other areas. As a transformational leader, he has a wealth of experience fixing underperforming businesses and building new specialty business units. Glantz has a diverse set of skills in technology implementation, marketing, project management, reinsurance, compliance, and training. He received his MBA in Global Management/Finance from the University of Phoenix and a Master's degree in Management/Human Resources from Boston University. Glantz has held several senior executive positions throughout his career, including President of Specialty Property & Casualty at The Hanover Insurance Group and EVP - Head of Management Solutions Group at Zurich North America.
