Daniel Garzella

Daniel Garzella is the Founder and President of The Garzella Group, an independent insurance brokerage company he established in 2014.13 He is a prominent figure in Arizona's insurance industry with a career spanning over two decades.2

Currently, Garzella holds multiple leadership positions:

1. Chief Executive Officer at Darkhorse Insurance Brokers (since October 2022)2
2. Chief Executive Officer at Avalon Risk Management (since May 2021)2
3. President of The Garzella Group (since June 2014)2

Prior to founding his own firm, Garzella owned the Daniel J Garzella Insurance Agency from 2003 to 2014, which was recognized as a top-tier agency by Farmers Insurance.12 During this time, he was nominated twice as "Commercial Insurance Agent of the Year," placing him in the top five out of 15,000 insurance agents nationwide.2

Garzella's expertise lies in complex insurance and risk management, with a focus on providing proprietary insurance solutions to elite clientele, including real estate investment trusts and property management companies.2 He built his business on three key principles: "Faith and patience," "Never give up," and "Believe in others".4

Daniel Garzella earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Central Michigan University in 2003.1
