He is the founder and leader of Law and Forensics, a renowned global IT consulting company that caters to Fortune 500 companies, global law firms, and governments, specializing in high-stakes cybersecurity, data breach, computer forensics, and e-discovery matters.

Apart from his role at Law and Forensics, he serves as a Neutral with JAMS, resolving technology-related disputes as an e-discovery special master, forensic neutral, mediator, and arbitrator.
