As the head of Venturing for INNIO's energy management solution, I led the development of the new business model from concept to realization with a AAA team. My responsibilities included sales and partner management during the incubation phase and leading the technical team in agile Scrum processes. I focused on building strategic partnerships and aligning our product with market demands to create a solid foundation for scaling. Our team developed this solution from scratch in just 18 months.

Venture Lead - Energy Management

As the Global Lead in Digital Product Development, I led the growth of myPlant, our AI-driven IIOT (Asset Performance Management) suite, and helped develop various digital solutions like apps, SaaS, and websites. These projects, including Digital Twin, greatly improved connectivity, sales, and user engagement by double digits. I also successfully delivered a strategic energy management solution with a highly skilled team in under two years.
