    With a background in Sociology from Morehouse College and currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Photography at the Savannah College of Art and Design, Daniel is well-equipped to blend his passion for art with social impact.

    Having worked in various roles from photography to media relations, Daniel has a rich and diverse professional experience. As a Photography Lab Monitor at SCAD and with past roles at organizations like Morehouse College and Clark Atlanta University, he has honed his skills both behind the camera and in supporting aspiring artists.

    Daniel's mission goes beyond capturing images; he strives to empower others by teaching photography and guiding the next generation of storytellers. Influenced by notable figures like Gordon Parks and Ed Bradley, he aims to inspire aspiring photographers and foster socially-engaged art.

    Through BlackVign, Daniel creates a platform for artists to showcase their socially-engaged work, challenging viewers to think critically about important topics. His overarching goal is to bring to light the beauty in every life and provide a voice to stories that deserve to be heard.
