Daniel Downes

Daniel Downes is a VR expert specialising in the full product development of VR training and simulation applications with experiences in developing for Vive, HoloLens, Oculus Rift, and other immersive platforms.

He holds a BSc Honours degree in Computing (Visualisation) with First Class Honours from Sheffield Hallam University, along with several Extra Curricular Awards.

Currently, Daniel serves as a Co Director at Agincourt Labs and has held pivotal roles in renowned organizations such as Vrai, Immerse Labs, Deloitte, Nsc, Touch Surgery, Pearson, Bae Systems, National Nuclear Laboratory, Game Odyssey Ltd, Cmune, Fun Nights Inc, Dig For Fire, Roscom, and Scapa.

His professional journey includes positions such as Lead, Technical Lead, Real-Time Simulation Developer, Augmented Reality Software Engineer, Software Developer, Lead Developer, C# Developer, Project Lead Developer, Multimedia Developer, and Intranet Developer.
