Daniel Demmer is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in business management and corporate finance. He has held prominent roles such as President, COO, CFO, and Board Member in technology and high growth enterprises.

His expertise lies in business expansion strategy and execution, IPO preparation, merger and acquisition strategy and execution, as well as public company control and governance.

During his tenure as President of Endeca Technologies, Dan drove rapid revenue growth and profitability for the venture-backed information analytics software company, leading to its acquisition by Oracle Corporation in 2011.

Prior to his role at Endeca, Dan served as the Chief Financial Officer of IONA Technologies, a successful public software company specializing in application integration solutions. He also has a history of leadership positions at Digital Equipment Corporation.

Daniel Demmer studied Finance at the University of Maryland College Park and has been associated with various organizations in different capacities, including as a Board Member at Pipefy, Deputy, SwiftStack Inc., and DataXu. He has also been a Partner at OpenView and held Board Member positions at Sonian, iLevel Solutions, among others.
