Daniel De La Cruz is a BIM engineer with a solid background in Architecture, MEP, coordination using BIM, and design detailing on large scale commercial projects, aviation, and health care.

He has experience in managing complex construction projects, overseeing document and shop drawing control systems to facilitate smooth information flow among the design team, consultants, and contractors. Additionally, he is well-versed in multi-family residential projects.

Daniel is keen on exploring the impact of technology on architecture and construction. He is particularly interested in business models that merge design and construction, such as Design/Build and IPD, to enhance efficiency and value.

He pursued his education with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree from New York Institute of Technology-Old Westbury after completing his High school diploma in General Studies at Glen Cove High School.
