Daniel Cosentino

Daniel Cosentino is a seasoned executive, inventor, entrepreneur, and investor with diverse experience leading the startup, growth, and exit of successful medical technology and healthcare companies. He is the Chief Executive Officer and President of ElectroSea, a company that uses innovative electrochemical management systems to prevent unwanted marine growth in vessel seawater conduits.

Daniel began his career as a Director at Minntech, where he led the UNITROL division before it got acquired by Cantel Medical. He then worked as a Marketing Manager and New Product Planner for Guidant (now Boston Scientific) in Cardiac Rhythm Management. Later, he founded CARDIOCOM – a medical device and digital health solutions company – and led it as CEO, President & Founder. His startup's success resulted in an acquisition by Medtronic, where he became the Vice President and General Manager for Care Management Services.

Daniel has diverse academic expertise in physiology and entrepreneurship. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Physiology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at the Boston University. He has also served as the Executive In Residence at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Strategic Advisory Board member at Minnetronix Neuro.
