Daniel Byers

Daniel Byers is an accomplished director and writer based in Brooklyn, New York, known for his work in both documentary and genre films. He is the director of Dark Tower Films, a studio he co-founded in 2014 that specializes in fantasy, sci-fi, and horror films. Byers also runs Skyship Films, a documentary studio focused on wildlife, environmental issues, and adventure narratives.

Byers holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Directing and Screenwriting from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Playwriting and Screenwriting from Brown University.
