Daniel Boyd is a highly accomplished Renewable Energy Leader, Developer, and Investment Professional with a rich history of success in greenfield, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing utility scale projects in the Americas and Australia.

He is skilled in managing all aspects of project development and execution, including site evaluation, engineering, environmental permitting, construction, and financial aspects, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Daniel Boyd holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Connecticut School of Business. He also completed an Advanced Leadership Certificate in Advanced Leadership and Practical Management at the University of Sydney.

Throughout his career, Daniel has held key roles in various prestigious organizations. He is the Founder and Team Member at Ozone Renewables and has served in leadership positions such as Vice President Development North Region at Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc., Wind Project Tender Manager at RES Australia Pty Ltd, and Senior Director of Development at Renewable Energy Systems Americas Inc.

His professional journey also includes roles at FuelCell Energy, American Wind Capital, AES Energy Storage, Noble Environmental Power, Hydro Tech Environmental Corp., and United States Air Force, where he worked as a Second Lieutenant. Additionally, he gained experience as a Hardware/Software Systems Test Engineer at Parker Aerospace.
